Thanks to the company “Bac freezing” that has worked for 25 years in the field of fishes’ packaging, Nettuno provides customers with this service. The equipment available allows us to receive the raw materials and turn that into finished frozen products intended for sale to wholesalers at delicatessens and the small, medium and large retailers. The raw material is checked, cleaned, sectioned, portioned and packaged. The company’s production capacity reaches 100’000 Kg/month.
